By using teeboxtuckshop.com, you agree to use the website responsibly, lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the site or other customers.

We do our best to keep product information, prices, images and availability accurate. Product details may change from time to time, especially around limited drops and launch releases.

Orders

When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and payment information. We may cancel or refuse orders where there is an error, stock issue, suspected misuse or another reasonable reason.

Payment

Payments are handled through trusted ecommerce and payment providers, including Shopify and its payment partners. Your order is confirmed once payment has been accepted and you receive an order confirmation.

Shipping

Delivery options, costs and estimated timings will be shown before you place an order. We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery providers, incorrect addresses or events outside our control.

Returns

Return information is set out on the Shipping & Returns page. If you have an issue with an order, contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Promotions and launch offers

Promotions, discount codes and launch offers may be limited by time, stock, customer, product or other conditions. We may change or end offers where needed.

Intellectual property

The Tee Box Tuck Shop name, branding, website design, copy and imagery belong to Tee Box Tuck Shop or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
